FoxTalk is operated by LearningWorld.ai. We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially for younger users.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account and use FoxTalk:

• Name and age
• Phone number (used for login only)
• Parent or guardian email (optional, for progress reports)
• Session transcripts (text only — your voice is processed in real-time and not stored)
• Usage data such as session duration and streak count

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the FoxTalk service, personalize conversations, track learning progress, and send optional parent reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Voice Data

FoxTalk uses real-time voice processing to enable conversation. Your voice is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing and is not stored by LearningWorld.ai. For tutors with an animated avatar (Abby and Leo), the tutor's own spoken response — never your voice — is separately sent to Spatius, our avatar animation provider, to generate the talking avatar video. Please refer to Google's and Spatius's privacy policies for details on how they handle this data.

5. Children's Privacy

We take the privacy of younger users seriously. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to request deletion of their child's data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Services

FoxTalk uses the following third-party services: Google (Gemini API for voice processing and AI), Spatius (avatar animation for Abby and Leo), Supabase (data storage), and Stripe (payment processing). Each has their own privacy policy.
