• Session transcripts (text only — your voice is processed in real-time and not stored)
• Usage data such as session duration and streak count

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the FoxTalk service, personalize conversations, track learning progress, and send optional parent reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Voice Data

FoxTalk uses real-time voice processing to enable conversation. Your voice is sent to OpenAI's servers for processing and is not stored by LearningWorld.ai. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy for details on how they handle voice data.

5. Children's Privacy

We take the privacy of younger users seriously. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to request deletion of their child's data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Services

FoxTalk uses the following third-party services: OpenAI (voice processing and AI), Supabase (data storage), and Stripe (payment processing). Each has their own privacy policy.
